I thought I was getting ripped off, after I read everyones reports. But I did some hunting around and called the post office in new mexico and just got my letter i sent just in time the woman is sending it back to me.
She also told me if you call your local post office and ask for mail investigation they can call her and she'll give them all the information they need. But she can't give it to you.
