Jens!!! I remember you! You were one of the managers or trainers. You probably would not even remember me since there are 1000s of people in and out of that office. But I just want to say, I feel so sorry for the young folks who are manipulated by these people.
By the second interview I never knew my role would be to play the part of a clown walking in and out of businesses selling or no... Not selling. But using "a little direct marketing" the false perfume products. I even sold so many to my friends and family who only wanted to support me in my "new career". I even won the contest for the most perfume sold to friends and family... And do you think they would give me my $500 dollar reward?
No, because of some lame excuse he had to think of 10 minutes before the meeting, right. Everybody told me this job was a rip-off from the start, but I did not believe it because I thought Dan, Derek and Ryan were so awesome and friendly, how could they look me in the eyes and lie to me?
Well, they did, they do not care, they lied to everyone. During the 1st week my so called trainers Whitney and Brenna took me out into the field. I have never seen such desperation from women or girls begging for sales, asking for peoples wallets. Pathetic, all because you will not get your "office" if you don't sell, sell, sell! What an encouragement. But I still stayed on.
Going into the 2nd week ryan and derek took us into a room and said we needed to weed out the doubters. You can't have them in here, they will scare the stupid ones away and when you go back into that room full of kids you better be the most cheerful, bouncin' off the wall, person, they have ever seen (this was not a helpful reminder, this was a demand). That meeting did it.
This little company is such a sick joke. You do not even get a weekly paycheck, you work for a company that you just do not exist in. I did meet some really good friends... They slowly disappeared throughout the course of training... They must have caught on - smart people. Man, Dan, I thought you were so cool. You were just "one of them". Broken promises, mind games, lies and nasty perfume!!
