Ripoff high interest false late fees and lies

They are charging me 9.75% interest and have made me pay late fees when I was not late. They also drafted 2 payments at the same time from my checking account which caused me to have returned checks and fees. All of the customer service reps have VERY BAD ATTITUDES! These people are not here to help you!!! They are here to rip you off!!!
