Ripoff They are constantly delaying the test score report breaking constantly all the deadlines previously set by them They are causing a lot of emotional and economic stress to me

Dear Mr./ Mrs.
I am writing you regarding a very sensitive matter related with my career.

I am a foreign medical doctor.in order to get licensed in USA, I am required to take some tests.
These tests are administered by ECFMG. The last test that I took dates back to August 24th.
ECFMG told me they will release my results by the mid of October, than beginning of December etc.

The truth is that I still don't have my test results.
ECFMG didn't give me any good reason for this delay, in fact their customer service is the worst I ever seen so far.

I called them several times but they always try to redirect me to another organization, which is not the case since I followed all the procedure with ECFMG.
In meanwhile I am participating in the Medical Residency Matching Program and if I don't get the test results I will have to retiree from the program.

All this matter is causing me a lot of emotional and financial stress as well.

I hope that you will help me in resolving this situation.
