This school does not require students to send in their transcripts prior to starting. I filled out no application prior to starting. All I did was send a copy of my LVN license. They did not require that I go through there admission process. Which, could have proved that this school would not have worked out. All they wanted to know is that I could pay the $1, 500 down payment.

Requirements
Completed Admission Application form, email [email protected] for form
Application Fee. 100.00 non-refundable fee.
Typed two-page, double spaced essay, using 12-point font, in Standard English, indicating why you are interested in attending the school of Nursing and becoming a registered nurse.
Official high school graduate transcript or GED equivalency certificate. These must be sent directly from the high school to CAPSCARE. No hand carried or faxed transcripts are accepted for official admittance
Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended. These must be sent directly from those
Passing score on a reading comprehension assessment (waived for minimum ACT score of 20 or associates bachelor's degree or masters degree)
Passing scores on the Math Entrance Exams (waived for ACT math subcore of 18 or better)
High School graduation is determined by the following criteria: High school must be recognized as a secondary school in the state where it is located; the transcript must include an official date of graduation.
Second, the school gave us access to a course catalog and then quickly deleted the information. They had me sign a contract that had my name on their correctly. They never corrected my name on the enrollment agreement when I informed them of their error. They are claiming that I am a full time student which I am not. I do not attend their school Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m.. They claim that the course is 75 credit hours. I am in a course and have no indication on the amount of course hours it is worth.

Furthermore, they are stating that just by logging into their online program I lost $1, 500 dollars. They claimed that I would get an NCLEX review and it only consisted of powerpoints and being told to do 500 NCLEX questions. They claim that the program is web-assisted yet there is no assistance. They are pressuring me to take a test which they have not given the proper material to prepare for. The school does not provide a clear syllabus for students learning and to keep them on contract. The school claims that you are not eligible for a refund. I have not completed more than half of my 50 % of the tution. I have tried to receive assistance recently and I have not gotten a response back from the school.
I have been in one course now and have paid over $6, 000. Something is wrong with this picture. My complaint is that I have been in this program for over 9 months with no progress at this point in time. Also, my calls for assistance have fallen on deaf ears. Please look into my complaint. I just want my money back. This school that you have given permission to operate in your state is defrauding hundreds of students across the country. They do not care about helping students earn their RN.

Thanks,

Samantha Gunter
