Company was helpful up and until I made payment. They promised me they would be able to make my shipping date and have not. Since payment has been made there have been more than a dozen emails, phone calls all with "no response" I was told that the shipment would be coming from a Canadian mill, but am now being told that it's in a container on a boat coming in from overseas. The customer support team (Jeff) has hung up on my wife and myself on several occassions after giving us the runaround over and over stating that "nobody" in "any" departement was ever available.
The online tracking message hasn't changed in over a month. With out a doubth the dumbest decision I have ever made and the worst customer support I have ever dealt with. I can only hope that my push via legal action will at least get me my money back.
