I purchased PRINCE 2 Online Project Management Course from e-Careers.com via Groupon. The voucher states that training material only is included, not exam fees. However, the training materials provided do not include the PRINCE 2 manual which is continually referenced throughout the modules I have tried to study so far. After reaching a module which states that the manual is required to complete the task I have given up. E-Careers have provided me with a link to purchase the manual for £60 I believe that this is misrepresentation and require advice as to how to obtain a refund.
