I was "scouted" while I was in Hawaii for the first time to be a nanny to my little cousin. When I went to the audition they told me I was a perfect 10 and asked me if anyone ever told me how pretty I was and I said no. They were shocked and said I was absolutely beautiful and built up my confidence since I didn't think I was pretty.
They talked to me about the prices and insisted I have to do this. I explained to them that I didn't have money and they knew my birthday was the next day and called my mother and convinced her to do this for me. My mother didn't have the money either but she found a way of doing this for me anyway when she could here how happy I finally was with myself. The woman insisted I was a sure thing. My family was very skeptical about this because obviously I wasn't pretty.
So I never got any bookings except the general ones that everyone got. And then one day I went to check my requests hoping I got one when the site could no longer be found. I called the number and then went to the office and they were gone. Not only did they get my 1000 dollars it was also 600 to get the pictures taken.
I knew I wasn't pretty but they gave me so much confidence in myself. I think that is the most hurtful part about this is because I now know the truth. I hope they get everything they deserve and I would like to know how I can get my money back from these creeps.
