I have been billed for two calls to the UK that initiated from my pc because of a virus that dropped my isp and dialed another connection. I never accessed the sites that this company said they are billing for.in order to clear my machine of this malicious virus, I was forced to reformat my hard drive and reload all my software. I want my account credited and I want removed from all of your future billing statements.
If this is not done in a timely matter, my attorney will be in contact with Premium Premier Communications. I was Billed $155.00 for the privledge of having this virus on my pc.in addition, I am told my local long distabnce carrier will be billing me $1.99 a minute for this privledge as well.
