My GRE scoreshave not been released because the OTI office got involved for some reason. It took me 5 hours to get to someone and they were rude and pompous. They do not have a answer as to why the scores are not released. I got 2 different release dates. My school is waiting for my scores and I risk not being able to get into my graduate school and waste a whole year plus my money for college because of their inefficiency. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they have no one, but only the limited pompous individuals that work at OTI.
They do not care about the money and exorbitant fees they charge for the books, fees, score reporting, but have no checks on the quality of their services
