The school looks great and tons of money went into making it but that's where the good stops. They are very unorganized and lost important records three times until I had to make sure they put it in my sons file. I was told by several employees and the director of the school they had video monitoring and I could log onto the web and watch my son in class. On his first day I go to log into it and they said since hes there for vpk and not daycare I can not watch him and its not a service they provide anymore even though two days before they said they did. They just opened up there new wing for VPK students which is prekindergarten. No security at pick up time and they would just let them go running out into the street and hopefully you were there on time. They had no clue who picked your child up. I then complained to the director and told her I was going to call corporate and a week later they got a sign in and out computer and you had to go inside the building to pick up and drop off. The teachers were not even qualified by the state to teach VPK and was pretty much daycare. One teacher Ms. Michelle would bully the students really bad and even cuss at them. She made my son hate the school so bad and cry everyday when coming home. My mother heard her yell at my son when he was stuck in the bathroom and she said don't be retarded push harder on the door. Another day he pulled up his shirt to scratch his stomache and she called him disgusting. He came home with finger bruises on his arms where one of the teachers grabbed him and when I asked about it the next day she said he was running and she grabbed to stop him but why grab him so hard to leave bruises? The last straw was they would teach him Spanish and get made when he spoke English. During a parent teacher conference we found out they went by there own educational teaching system and taught Spanish and sign language instead of abcs, 123, writing, science, math, social studies, etc. We finally moved my son to another school and within a week he loved school and was learning more in a day than he did the whole 3 months he was at Kids R Kids.
