No Refund After Nine Months for Unusable Dating Subscription

I was visiting Peru for several months and subscribed to Adult Friend Finder. I could never translate from Spanish to English and thus had no success. I have asked for a refund for some 9 months and they tell me they can do nothing? I understand AFF is a Penthouse company.
