Thermal Advantage New Name, Old Fraud

In I was sold an energy package by Energy Research Group including storm windows, insulation, etc., totally just under $8,000. I was promised rebates from the federal government, the state, the county, the utilities company and Energy Research Group itself. These promised rebates amounted to upwards of several hundreds of dollars, possibly over a thousand depending on the amount of verification I was to have submitted.
