Peoples Energy Group states that County Waste gives you a discount if you join Peoples Energy Group but you have to give them $35.00. He says you get a discount on propane and fuel oil from Superior Plus Energy Services in Saratoga, NY. I called County Waste and they said they don't offer a discount to people who belong to Peoples Energy Group. I spoke to a Manager at County Waste and he said that they told Mark Concilla (owner) to take County Waste off his web site and stop telling people that they'll get a discount if they pay him the $35.00. He has not taken it off. The NYS Attorney General should look into this and any other shady dealings Concilla is involved in.
