Ripoff Item Broke, Promised Return Label, None NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered 6 (SIX) bar chairs. During a party, my brother (only weighing 139) was holding my 1 yr old son (only weighing 24 lbs) and the chair COLLAPSED injuring them both! During a 5 hr party EVERY CHAIR fell apart! I have pictures!

I called ABC the next day, after getting "All circuits are busy" or just a busy signal from a cell phone, and when I finally got through, I waited on hold for over an hour. The lady said she would send me 6 return labels. That was 3 weeks ago and Now I can't get through to them again.

ALSO, Where is an email address for them? Only service forms which have no place to put in text
