After investing near to $700, Ashley Furniture is declining to displace or repair their faulty sofa, though itis under warranty. It had been purchased in May and was damaged or clicked in FIVE locations by July and submitted for repairs. We were informed the sofa had flaws within the timber plus they "rebuilt" it totally free. Surprise surprise, all over again, the sofa is damaged. The backboard to 1 of the chairs clicked so when we named to determine about getting hired fixed, we were informed we abused the sofa and that is why it smashed plus they are declining to complete something about this today. I have had ashleys furniture previously and also have never had this several issue using their items! Something to obtain from the guarantee however, I suppose! Buyer beware.
