Owner kevin hires people and then dont pay and take advantage illegal people their rights

I stopped working for jamesriverpainters and know they dont want to pay me the 3weeks they owe me and also another employee working there stopped working because of same cause and now he doesnt answer the phone and he threatens to call immigration if we keep calling hi and thats not right hedoesnt know that im an american born in newyork just beacause of my appeareance of latino he descriminates us and ignores us and i thats not right his name is kevin becareful for anyone that wants to work for him hes a two face and im still waiting to get paint for a month now and i have a family and what he does is not right at all
