I purchased (10k) in full a solar lease in Aug with the understanding it would be installed within four to six months. On the sixth month they installed the minimum of 'on site' hardware to qualify for the 1603 Grant funding. Since then it started out as excuses then they moved to a new building, then the web site went away, no email replies, and now the phone is just a voice mail. PerfectPower did receive fair chunk of money from the fund in Sept as verified on the 'List of Awards' provided by the Treasury Deptment. There have been no more updates from the ceo - Lynn Paige since the June/July correspondence outlining the issue and the steps to resolve it. I fear my money and the other 123 (or was it 173) parties will not see the solar system installation we paid for. It just goes to show that no matter how big a name a company has, or how long they've been in business, or how good of rating they have, your still gambling your money.
