We chose Allbrand because of the quality of the windows, the pricing, and the promise of quick completion.
On our contract, our windows were to be completed August 31, a 2-3 day job. It it now October 25th and our windows are half completed. The company no showed 3 times, without contacting us in advance. We had to contact them each time.
The 4th time, the Manager, named Greg, promised a Saturday install.By 2pm, no one showed up again. We contacted Greg (a manager) who informed us that the installer on their side no showed and that no one usually works on Saturday! When asked why he promised Saturday, he answered, "just trying to make you happy".
We scheduled again for the following Saturday and 2 installers showed up. It drizzled rain so they said they'll come back Sunday. One person showed up and did one window. At this no one has contacted us to make an appt to complete the job.
Lou, our sales person, has not helped us. People have been fired there due to over appt scheduling and now they confirmed that their license is suspended due to lack of qualifier.
