We signed the windows replacement contract on 08/15. Work was to start before 09/15 and end in 2 days. First installation appt. On 09/09. They show up with half the windows and almost no raw materials to finish the installations. They put in a few windows and without sealing or trimming the windows, they just leave.
The measurements are way smaller than the industry standards. The grids are wrong.
Many many phone calls and visits later, we got another installation scheduled for 10/09. They dont show up because they are confused.
Meanwhile their license is suspended due to lack of qualifier.
Another 2 appts. Are setup for 10/16 and 10/26 and they state that the paperwork is complete for the replacement of the qualifier and that they are legally installing windows everywhere.
Meanwhile we have been living without blinds, furniture etc. For more than 40 days.
