We regret every minute of this purchase! We were referred to this company by neighbors who have also since had headaches with Rainsoft.
Rotten customer service - system doesnt work great-techs never show up - rude "managers"- non-return of phone calls. Is there anything else I can add to this list of complaints?
If you are considering buying a Rainsoft system please reconsider. You will regret ever dealing with this company. The biggest mistake we ever made was buying this ridiculous system and we regret every penny!
