I'm a 71 year old widow that lives alone and I feel like I've been taken advantage of by this company. I called them in October to clean my duct work. When they arrived they were not at all friendly and made me feel uneasy. I live in a small house and have furniture blocking almost all of my furniture. When I saw them only cleaning the ones that weren't blocked I asked them about it, they were very rude and said those would be cleaned from downstairs. It didn't make any sense to me but was afraid to speak about it anymore. When my son came over later that week and moved the furniture away from the walls the registers were just packed with dust. I had the duct work cleaned because of the dust I was having now it's worse than ever, you get what you pay for. This company hasn't been in business long and hopefully won't be much longer.
