Never leaving a message. The number he calls from is not a number which can be returned, 760.805.2929 and I believe a different number each time! Why would a professional use a number that is not able to be returned, not leave a message with intro, purpose and direct, reachable number???
I asked Steve if calling re: a computer or laptop and he said computer but we only have a laptop. So asked him not to call again. BUT I should have asked for the return number to reach the owner and find out the specifics. Really upset that it was like putting teeth just to find out why he was calling. Still don't have a clue why?!?!?!?!? He did drop the microsoft name but to what end???
