Excel Association Management and their owner, Patrick Clark, has been in the business of Texas HOA fraud, abuse, and illegal activities since the 1990's. Excel makes sure to commingle and embezzle funds from unsuspecting condominium Homeowners Associations while putting on a smile as they steal the money. For example, in a clear violation of our governing documents, Excel has blatantly lied about the status of special assessment ballots, forged ballots, refused to disclose HOA documents, and illegally commingled funds of multiple HOAs. It is also known that Excel and Patrick Clark have stolen HOA monies for their own benefit and supported invalid and illegal Board Members just as long as they went along with the scam. They are currently under investigation by a team of lawyers, fraud examiners, and federal agents who have indicated multiple state and federal charges are imminent for these fraudsters.
