I ordered $85.01 worth of novelty soap and bath products around Sept. 5. On Sept. 8 the company took my payment through PayPal and never sent the merchandise.
I inquired several times via email but it wasn't until it was close to 30 days of nonrecipt of merchandise that I received a response. They said it was lost and they'd send a replacement along with a tracking number.
They didn't do that, it was a stall tactic because PayPal won't allow you to file a dispute after 30 days after you've paid. Now I get no email response and the only number I have is to a recording with a voicemail box that is always full.
