Daniel Knack, ripoff dishonest, goods not received after paying for it through money order Milwaukee

I sent money order three times US$182.98, US$569.51 and US$122.87 in February to Daneil Knack for the soap but until today I did not receive the soap. Try to contact him numerous time via e-mail, registered letter & telephone (only recording machine) to no avail. I am at a lost because I do not know where to get help, I am living in Singapore. Please help me to recover my money back. Thank you.
