I visited the webisite I was unable to log onto the survey after providing the info the site required. I called and was passed around from person to person until I just hung up the phone and found this site to complain. Sears, why do you ask for feedback tehn make it impossible for a customer to provide you with same? All for the benefit of an excellent job.
