I made the mistake of purchasing two wolfgang puck automatic espresso makers, one for me and one for my dad. Within the first year they both broke. I called WP to see if they would fix them, and was told that they were discontinued so they would refund their cost back to me. When the first one broke, I was told to mail them the power chord and model number label from the back of the machine. It took about four months and a number of phone calls but I did receive the refund cheque for that one. When the second one broke, I was again told to send in the chord and label. Only this time, its been eight months now and still no refund. I called them about six times (long distance) about the refund, and all they keep telling me is that they don't have any new information for me and all they can do is forward my request to their corporate office again. When I ask them for their corporate office's phone number so I can find out what the hold up is, they respond with "we don't know their number". This is the way they treat people who spend their hard earned money on their products. They are quick to take your money, but seem to forget their own phone numbers when it comes time for them to return it to you. I will have to file a complaint with the BBB to see if they can help. Needless to say, I will never buy a wolfgang product of any sort again. Good luck running a successful business when you treat your customers this way.
