Caribbean Kitchen Miami Gave him a check for a new kitchen, and he casd check same day and never heard back from him. No return calls

I gave this person who came to my home a check for a new kitchen. He cashed the check the same day and never did the work and did not return calls. Money was lost. He is not a person to do business with.
