I bought house last year and my old owners gave me report from this company that certified the furnace was found to be in working order and it has been checked.
When we came, we found it is not working, there is no gas filter so we called them. They came and switched on gas supply and charged us $100
On complaining to them, about it they told we have changed water filter thats why we are charging that much. So after few arguements, they told they will not charge for the filter and just charge $80 for service which we paid.
Now this year, we want to service our furnace and they are refusing to come and service because we complained last year.
This seems unreasonable considering there are not many options in this small city
