I called for the service for install water filter but the price could be vary depend on how much do you know about plumbing and you complain or not, put a simple word I do not trust this company, I understand every business needs make money but is not by try to over charge other people. Reason I called this company for service because I read other post commend. But I trust it as fool, did not call for estimate first, and for total no more then 1.5 hrs job they want $495 usd. (but they was told me $85 a hr.)
After I complain they came down to $360. And I have same job at other place just $120, (one man come get it done in 1 hr) this company send two men came took two trip and two days to finish the job. And on first day that two people they sent no even a plumber they were no knowledgeably of plumbing just try to get right tool to work on it they been in and out for four times and what they did just install the water filter on the wall (even I can do this my self) and leave, then told me they will be back tomorrow to finish because they don't have parts
(when I called for service already told them I need water filter install) on next day that was a real plumber came he only spend half hr. Finish the work then he give to me a bill was $495. They could finish this simple job at first day in no more then 1.5 hr. If they send right plumber (because this company does heating and air too they may sent heat people came at first day) on that extra trip and time they charged on me, well if you guys think this is right please call they for service.
