I am handicapped, on a fixed income. I rely heavily on Stamps.com because I am not mobile and need to have postal services "come to me". They are so wonderful I would use them if I could dance a jig on a flagpole!
I use Stamps.com for, literally, everything the Post Office can do without the inconvenience. Everything from purchasing postage (the push of one button), stamping envelopes or post cards, weighing and sending packages, even specialty postal services (e.G. Priority/express mail, registered services, etc.)... They even provide you with a free scale!
Expense is critical to me. For less than $10/month I get everything I could possibly ask for, including LIVE expert, professional, courteous and patient advice. Everyone there is friendly and they never rush a call. When one is dependent on phone calls to get something done this is very important. I am not computer literate; installing and using the service is a snap. Stamps.com is diligent about their updates. I don't know how they could get better.
