I love the fact that I don't have to go to the post office anymore to get stamps. I personally couldn't imagine having to go to the post office, waiting in line, and having a less than competent postal employee explain to me all the different options etc to mail packages. With this software I just print and ship.
People complain a lot about their customer service, but you have to understand that they lose money when you cancel, so they are going to do everything they can to keep you as a customer. If you are hellbent on canceling, you can just call their number and say you aren't interested anymore.
