I placed an order to this IBC Precision Cooktop onTV they advertised that the price will be a three payments of $33.32 per order and it is a buy one get one free, instead they get from my bank account $1106.36. I tried to call them but it is hard to get hold of them three weeks later I was able to contact the company and complaint about how much they took from my bank account they said that they will check the recording when I placed my order but until now they have not call me back. Every day I was calling them but everytime I call them it is always answering machine. How can I get my money back.
