We bought a queen size memory foam mattress and box spring from Furniture for Less in Sacramento on March 16th. After a month we notice that the mattress was becoming very uncomfortable and extremely firm and strands of material was coming off the box spring. Eventually it got to the point were we could not even sleep on it and instead slept on the floor.
We called and talk the manager and she informed us that she would not do anything about it. So we called the credit card company to dispute the charge and they had talked to the owner Manuel Cervantes he told the credit card company that we could return the item and exchange it for a new one. When calling Mr. Cervantes he stated not to drop it off and to send pictures of the bed and after we informed him that we already had sent them to his email. He claimed that he never received it.
At that point we realized that he was noting but a liar. My dad could see that we needed a bed right away and helped for the cost of a new one at Sam's and he told me to do some research on the company before buying. I wish I did that before not only is this place not B.B. Accredited but they also have a pending small claims suit in Sacramento county.
