Made Service Call Appointment - Did Not Show!

Mr. Johnson and I made appointment to come to my home on 05-25 @ 2 pm to look at leak in my basement.
I waited from 2 pm - 4 pm and Mr. Johnson neither came to my home, called me or communicated with me for 2 hours while I waited for him to arrive to my home to fix leak.
I left several telephone messages for Mr. Johnson between 2 and 4 pm on the only phone number that he provided to me.

Mr. Johnson finally called me @ 415 pm and said he was on emergency service call and would not be able to come to my home.
He offered to come in am on 05-26.
I told him that his offer was neither acceptable and that I would not be home on 05-26 in am to meet with him.

I asked Mr. Johnson 1) why did he wait over 2 hours to get in touch, 2) did he check his telephone to get my telephone messages and 3) did he carry a cell phone while he was out on calls so he could check messages and communicate with his customers. Mr. Johnson paused and did not rerspond to any of my questions.
