I purchased a sink from this vendor for a client and needed expedited shipping. The sink cost somewhere around $280 and the expedited shipping (overnight) cost $320 which I was willing to pay as it was a rush order. When the item was received the following day, the box was dropped off damaged and the sink inside was in several pieces. When I followed up with Elizabeth at homeperfect.com she told me they would refund the price of the sink but not shipping. When an item is ordered through a vendor such as Homeperfect.com they are responsible for the third party company they use for shipping. Homeperfect would not refund my shipping charges which they will be credited by FedEx which leaves me extremely upset, I basically paid $320 for absolutely nothing. I would never order from this site again and hope this stops you as well.
