Purchased a $1000 mattress with 4 years warranty after 7 months memory holds way to long. My matress is sagging. Our backs hurt. I take pictures and file a claim with no avail. Matttress one excuse: Matress company out if business warranty not good. Called customer service Nice to talk too Liz took all my info and told me she will get back to me in three days.
