A1 American showed up at my house in July to find out why my outside ac until was not working, Within 5 mins the technichian found that my fan motor was bad. He stated i have one in the truck and it will cost you $2200.00 for the repair, i said that is really expansive and he said, " well with your military discount and i will throw in a free starter it will be $1600.00. He also stated " well if i dont do it someone else will... With not knowing the proper price and no parts break down of the work i said yes, within 45 mins they were out of the house and the following day i did some research on the work and found out that the part that was installed that i was charged for cost anywhere between $80.00 to $130.00. Wow... They will rip you off and wont show you there price break down on the spot because they know you will say NO... After complaining the the AC supervisor he sent me a parts break down and cound not explain to me the proper price that i was charged, they didn't even have the motor that they installed on their parts breakdown sheet... Be far warned. There are way to many good ac companies out here that will show you there prices before you say yes, Choice THEM... Not a1...
