My equipment would run but, was hard to start, just turned over w/o firing when I left it. Three weeks later was informed that poor compression due to faulty valve was the cause. I asked that they repair it. Another week and they called, it was ready. Tried to start to load and found it the same as when I dropped it off a month ago, just turned over &over. The mechanic wasnt there, Saturday, so I left.
Called Monday was told it was ready. Arrived Tuesday they brought it out it was running. The mechanic told me I would have to start it w / the pull starter, the electric starter was not turning it over fast enough, I asked why no starter repair and was told they didnt think I would go the cost. They never asked. The truth here is that the machine was misdiagnosed, I still have the exact same problem after a 230.$ bill.
Dont believe what you read in ther ad about factory trained mechanics. These guys are feeling their way thru and wont admit mistakes, I probably could have felt my way thru the repair, would have taken time and I would have had to learn it, but I wanted an expert repair. You wont get that from this bunch.
