Be wary of Firestone offering "discounts"—in doing so, they require that the customer obtain a credit card and they do not fully disclose this or the terms. I suspect the service people get some sort of commission for each application, but the methods they use border on unscrupulous. This is based upon a recent experience with the Bloomfield, CT location.
