Charged $383 Interest on Zero Percent TV Financing

I have had a Sears credit card for 3 or 4 years now and I bought a TV on zero % finance for two years but they charged 383.00 in interest do not use a Sears credit card they lie and told me that I had money that would miss 383.00 if I had money why would I need a credit card?
