Ordered a lazy boy recliner for a medical issue. Was given the original date of 7/10. Called a few days before and was told everything was on track for that delivery date. Called the day before and was told that the automated (computer) system would call my house between 6 and 9pm with a delivery time window. Spent all day waiting. Called the sears delivery number that evening 7/9 at 7:30pm and was told that the chair wouldn't be delivered until the 26th of july. It's not like i was ordering the chair for recreational use. It is the only brand that elevates my legs above my heart. It would have been so easy for the delivery department to pick up the phone when they discovered that there was a problem and called me.
