We had a problem with our furnace, it started sounding like a train, and we called our usual company and they said they didn't have anyone to come out at that time. We called a service guy that we found online and he came out, did some things, charged us $150 and left. When the furnace kicked back on it still sounded like it was going to blow up. We called him back and of course, no answer. We called Deiter Brothers and they sent someone out with 1/2 hr. He was very nice, fixed the problem within 20 mins. Even told us about a discount we could get if we signed up for a maintenance program online, which we did and saved pretty good money. He even kicked it on several times before he left to make sure it was good. Their maintenance program is only $16 a month and they even give you a free service with the plan. I won't ever call anyone except them again. They are the best!
