If you value good customer service do NOT go here. I will never spend another dime in this store!
I'm remodeling a bathroom in my home and spent ~$2,600 on tile. A portion of my order, roughly
$85, was not included in the lot when my contractor picked it up. I returned with my receipt to get the missing bullnose and they refused to give it to me.
Everything in the showroom is done via paper receipt, nothing is bar coded. Their investigation consisted of asking the guy who doesn't speak English and who makes minimum wage if he gave it to me last Saturday (the busiest day of the week). Of course his answer was 'yes' as he pointed to the check mark on the receipt.
During the course of the remodel I visited the store 4 times and worked with the same two people. They knew me by name and face. Neither of them jumped in to the reason with staff.
I have some leftover tile and they will give me store credit (minus 25% restocking). I'll give the credit away to the person in line behind me before I cross that threshold again.
