I've worked with Venkata Guddanti at Oracle and that I may safely declare this person may be the many inexperienced, selfish, useless bit of shit that I've actually caused.
He does not understand the fundamentals and gets furious when somebody fixes him. He's method-less, harasses women and doesn't possess the decency to provide credit for that function he takes from others.
