I bought a 2003 c230 benz from Nino Motor (at the time they were in Richmond Ca but now they are just one dealership in Valljeo Ca.) who sales luxury cars back in Oct it is now 2009 and I've only driven my car for only four months until it just stopped running all together... I had a certified Mercedes mechanic do a diagnostic check on it only to find out that it was 2 1/2qts overfilled with transmission fluid and I had a worthless tranny at the tune to $6500... I called Nino to ask for their assistance since I was told that the car was in perfect condition and that their mechanic had done a tune up and check on it... Only to be told that there was nothing that they could do for me! I had my boyfriend speak with the manager over the mechanic dept on the phone only for the manger to starting yelling and threating my boyfriend after my boyfriend told him that they were going to be exposed... So my boyfriend and myself went to Nino to talk face to face only to be told that the manager wasn't in so my boyfriend went back a couple more times only to be told the same thing again (the good old dodge treatment). Now my car sits because I'm a signal parent and a hard worker who don't have $6500 just laying around to pay for a new transmission when they sold me that car that was tampered with to just get it off the lot. Since then I've spoken with several people who have bought cars from there and they went through the same thing (expensive cars in bad condition). I'm still paying $429 per month for a car that I haven't driven since I bought it!!!
The customer service is less to be desired and very rude!!! Don't buy from them trust me you'll be very sorry you did and waste your hard earned money trying to fix their dirt!!! (they are a major rip off) Now I have to get rid of the car after pouring over $10000 into it! Its a shame I really liked my car: (
