In the past I've had no problem with Jon. He was always my go to guy for my irrigation. However this time was much different.
After the initial walkthrough of what needed to be done with the system, I agreed to have all valves adjusted or replaced so they no longer leaked. Some of the sprinklers needed to be extended so that they would adequately water properly.
Two valves were replaced, two still leak (alot), none of the sprinklers were hightened, but they were marked with flags. Jon stopped by today in person and very rudely demanded payment for the entire job. When I told him that the job was not finished he stumbled on his words and replied ' I need payment now before I do anything else'. He seemed a bit confused when I told him his services were no longer needed. He was paid and dismissed.
I guess it's off to find someone that 'wants' to work. Because I need alot more done!
