I had asked this company to do some work on our sprinklers, he came gave an estimate. The estimate was 2-300 dollars. He came to start the work and couldn't figure the box out and had to call someone else to fix that, he only fixed half of the sprinklers. He charged me to "clean out" 25 sprinklers, when I had done half of them myself, he had maybe done 8. I had asked him to find some sprinklers that were missing and he basically did the front and sides of the house and did NOT even do most of the back. He then "finishes" writes out a bill and it was for OVER 900 dollars.By that point I would have paid double just to get him off my property, since he was so frazzled, I could tell he felt the same way.
I just would like to warn others that, you better make sure you get your quote in writing and make sure you get references, because this guy had NO CLUE what to do.
He was a nice person, but just not experienced in his business.
