Scam. Baitandswitch. Lies. Fraud. Reckless. We changed a Provider heat-pump furnace. And they offered us a bad design. That's all-they bring. Oh. But waity. They market a 100% FREE preservation... You spend the agreement plus they substitute cost-free inside your home. So the bad design doesnt matter right? DEAD WRONG. To begin all. SEARS employs thrid party companies for both deploy and also the guarantee... Which means you have ZERO capability to ask them to do anything. They simply move the dollar between your three compnaies... Well sears claims you're not contracting with them. And Sears administration not call-back. They promote you a five year mainteancne. But they state OH we just emerge annually... And oh yes not within the first year. Oh yeah. And the man that arrives can't repair anything. You need to gewt a 3rd party insurance to to complete that. And they complete a calim form. But OK last one SEARS never replies the claim. So WEEKS later nothing is mounted. It's a genuine POOR thing. Do NOT conduct business with one of these individuals. Browse the web... You're losing your money and your sanity. THIS ISN'T Sears while you was raised with. These are slime. Horrible excuses for people. Believe me.
